Standalone Applications

Woodcroft Systems Limited can offer extensive experience of developing standalone applications. These have generally been produced using Java (thus benefiting from "write once run anywhere" flexibility). The display element of such applications has varied from very simple form based displays to complex 3D "fly-through" presentations and all points in between.

Web Enabled Applications

Woodcroft Systems Limited is able to provide software Design and development for Inter/Intranet environments. The web enabled applications have generally been based upon the JBoss application server and the MySql database. These systems have varied in size and industry from a large freight management exchange to a smaller (but no less complex) financial reconciliation System for a global tote betting operation.

Mobile Applications

Woodcroft Systems Limited have developed a number of applications designed for mobile devices such as phones and PDAs. Examples of the applications developed include an interface to a web betting site, a walking aid for Parkinson Disease suffers and a metronome/rhythm machine.
